In the state of Arizona, DUI classes play a crucial role in addressing and mitigating the impact of driving under the influence (DUI) incidents. AIP is licensed to provide screening, education and treatment for DUI and DV court mandated needs.
What distinguishes our DUI programming is our commitment to personalized and effective interventions. We prioritize individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and circumstances of each client involved in DUI programming. Our team of dedicated professionals conducts thorough assessments ensuring a comprehensive approach that goes beyond legal requirements. Moreover, our clinic stands out for its emphasis on creating a supportive and engaging environment, fostering behavioral change and promoting responsible decision-making related to DUI issues.
Particularly in Arizona, where DUI laws are stringent, these classes serve as a vital component in addressing DUI status, ensuring that individuals receive the most appropriate level of care. The classes not only fulfill legal requirements but also contribute significantly to community safety by promoting awareness, education, and rehabilitation for those involved in DUI incidents.
Depending on court orders and assessments conducted by behavioral health professionals, we offer classes from 16 to 56 hours. These durations are carefully chosen by the court to address the severity of DUI offenses, while AIP tailors the classes to the individual's needs.
Our DUI classes are available in 2 to 4-hour sessions, offered on both a weekday and Saturdays. The format accommodates different schedules and individual preferences, ensuring effective delivery of essential educational content.
Upon admission our clinicians will engage in discussions about confidentiality and filling out essential consent forms to guarantee transparency in mandated treatment procedures. The initial evaluation encompasses a thorough assessment, evaluating alcohol dependency and substance use, establishing the groundwork for tailor-made treatment plans.
Our approach underscores our commitment to creating a meaningful learning experience, fostering a deeper understanding of the consequences of DUI, and encouraging responsible behavior on the road.
